Putting Faces With Names

This is my wonderful daughter, Patsy, and me. It
was she who helped me retain my sanity following the death of my beloved
wife, Mary June.
It's nice to finally match some faces with the
names I converse with on the Scuttlebutt. A nicer group of people, I have
never come across.
I am a native West Virginian, but consider myself
a Virginian since I have lived most of my life here. My philosophy is,
"Treat your loved ones the best you know how, so you don't have any
recriminations after they've gone". My favorite expression is "Bullsh-t!"

Picture taken in Oct. 2001at age 72. I am so lucky to have been born on Halloween.. Look at all the kids, young and old, who celebrate with me. My father's birthday was always celebrated by our nation with fireworks, having been born on the 4th of July.. My motto.. Live life to the fullest, and be happy. It does not last long enough anyway.
